Our innovative wound care program is dedicated to the management of existing wounds and to the prevention of new wounds.

Our wound care team consists of certified wound, ostomy and continence nurses, plastic or general surgeons, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, case managers, social service professionals, podiatrists, and pharmacists all under the medical supervision of board-certified infectious disease physicians. Our team works together to promote the healing of existing wounds, and the prevention of new wounds, by providing optimal treatments according to the severity of the wound.
